Allotment of Residential Plots Vasudev Vihar Scheme for Developed Housing plots

Introduction:
Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB), a Govt. of Odisha undertaking and the premier housing institution of the state offers to allot the available MIG category Housing plots in the completed scheme for “Developed Housing plots-Vasudev Vihar” at Jagannath Prasad, Bhubaneswar on “as is where is and whatever there is basis”, through E-Auction basis.
Details of plots:
The following 33 number of MIG vacant residential plots out of total 204 number of plots in the project, are available for allotment on “as is where is and whatever there is” basis through E-Auction process for which intending bidders/applicants may submit application in online mode in OSHB website and register their name through E-Auction portal only after intimation by OSHB. The intending bidders/participants are free to inspect/visit the plot, its situational advantages attached to the plots, at their cost and risk before submission of the bid. Any objection, if any, after submission of bid concerning plots shall not be entertained.
