OSHB is taking up the project with 150 numbers of 2 room & 60 numbers of 3 room flats at Ranasinghpur, Bhubaneswar under self-financing scheme over an area Ac. 2.300 dec. The site is located close to AIIMS, around 1 km from NH-5 and 3 km from Khandagiri Square.
The project scope provides 8 blocks (Basement + 5 storied apartment) consisting of 150 numbers of 2 room apartment in 5 Blocks and 60 numbers of 3 room apartment in 3 blocks. The units are in finished shape with fittings and fixtures of reputed brands with required infrastructure facilities like sewerage treatment plant, peripheral street lightening, water supply, parking space, compound wall etc under self financing scheme. - Walls: All interior walls finished with plastic emulsion paint over putty and primer, All exterior walls with weather coat over primer, Bathroom walls with ceramic tiles up to 7’- 0”height.
- PH fitting: Sanitary ware of Parryware / Nycer / Cera Brand. Chromium plated fittings of Marc / Jaquar brand.
