INTRODUCTION
Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB), a Govt. of Odisha undertaking and the premier housing institution of the state offers to allot the vacant Residential plots and shops available within the completed housing scheme areas of
- Basanti Colony Housing Scheme, Raurkela
- Composite Housing Scheme at Laltikira, Balangir
- Baji Rout Housing Scheme at Mahisapat Ph-I at Dhenkanal,
- Composite Housing Scheme at Kendupadar, Phulabani
on “as is where is and whatever there is basis”, through E-Auction and outright purchase basis.
(A) Details of plots and shops for E-Auction :
The following vacant Residential plots and shops are available for allotment on “as is where is and whatever there is” basis through E-Auction process for which intending applicants may submit application in online mode through OSHB website and after intimation by OSHB will have to register their name in the E-Auction portal.
